This page explains how and when you may receive text messages (SMS) from businesses served by LockInCall, and how you can stop them at any time.
When you place a phone call to a business that uses LockInCall and your call is not answered, you may receive a single automated text message in reply, inviting you to continue the conversation by text. By calling the business, you are initiating contact and consenting to receive this automated reply at the number you called from.
Messages are transactional replies to your inbound call, such as a notice that your call was missed and an invitation to reply by text so the business can follow up with you. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this automated reply.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further automated messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP.
Phone numbers and contact information collected through this flow are used solely to respond to and follow up on your inbound contact with the business. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
